Chris Beatty is the president and CEO of VocalCoach.com, headquartered in the Nashville, TN area. Chris combines his 40 years of singing and vocal coaching with a strong desire to help shape the singers of today and tomorrow.

 

He is a published songwriter and author who, along with his wife, Carole, has produced over 30 best-selling vocal training materials. Chris and Carole have been instrumental in developing and/or preserving the voices of such renowned artists and speakers as Dan Hazeltine of               Jars of Clay, Caedmon's Call, Clay Crosse, The Imperials, Stormie Omartian, Country singer Pam Tillis, Cheri Keaggy, Pastor Jack Hayford, Steve Green, Twila Paris, Kim Hill, Tony Vincent and hundreds more.

As the son of a voice teacher, and nephew of acclaimed composer Samuel Barber (Adagio for Strings), Chris takes his job of training singers to heart. As a judge of numerous vocal competitions, he combines a highly trained ear and sensitive heart to give meaningful feedback.

Each week, Chris teaches and coaches singers of all levels in the Vocal Coach Studio. Whether beginners or professionals, each student is carefully taken to the next level. Throughout the year, Chris and Carole present Vocal Coach Workshops around the country.
